Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Supergoop handles Supergoop! orders for customers in the United States.

United States shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States. Standard Shipping is free.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. After shipment, standard transit generally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order after the carrier receives the shipment.

Address changes

If an address is incorrect, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

Delays, loss, damage and misdelivery

Carrier delays can occur. If tracking is stalled, the package appears lost, arrives damaged or is delivered incorrectly, send us the order number and relevant details so we can investigate and assist.
